When we were little kids our parents usally whated us to do better than they did in life. To accomplish more, see more, and doing more. But sometimes it's hard to accomplish more when you see very little. Meaning the a parent with little education and low to no income can't afford to take time off to take her kids to the zoo,museums,plays and etc. Things that will help a young mind see bigger possibities for oneself. If you don't see your parent actively directing and shaping their own lives then where is the child or children suppose to learn by example from ? Then we wandering why others seem to have influence over our children. Because kids admire people who walk the walk and talk the talk. I travel a lot and I see parents bring books along and so do a lot of their children do as well. But its very rare that I've seen parents with no books but the kids brought books. Not saying it never happens there is always an exception to the rule. So get your panties out of a bunch. Parent that lay around the house tend to have children that have no problems with laying around doing nothing productive as well. Parents start off setting up the normal and setting a childs pace. Just something to think about as your are Stepping Your Game Up .
I walk thru the malls in my city and other cities and the one thing I notice is how 90% of the people I see and meet are on some clone shit. What I mean is that they are direct carbon copies of the images we see on t.v. . Can't begin to tell you how many Nicki Manji's, T.I.'s, Soulja Boys, and Lil Wanye's wanna be's are out here. If you are one in the open or in private get off their dicks and find your own identity and your our voice. I don't want no bitch that's living the life of someone else. Thats kids shit that even kids shouldn't be doing. And they are doing it cause they don't know how they are yet. But older cats should know better. I guess it's hard when folks you admire is riding the dicks of the masses.
Look it's ok the pull some inspiration for those who seem to possess qualities you admire. But being inspired and plan old dick riding is two different things. When I pull inspiration from someone it's about a certain quality that I add to my on life style. For example when Master P and No Limit was running the rap game years ago. I had the honor in meeting and talking to P in person. He had a unstoppable work ethic and he believe in himself totally. Those quailties I notice instantly and I work to incorporate those qualities into my life. So I started working harder not just doing just enough to get by. I wanted to do more and more and I still have to out hustle whoever trying to accomplish the same things I set out to accomplish. I didn't dick ride and put gold teeth in my mouth or call myself the ice cream man you know.
